Summary: The Grand is a great Hotel, i book here cause i get the Bath which is great, Rooms are spacious and quite a few restaurants to choose from. Only point that bought it down from a 5 was the check in was slow at 3pm, obviously there are most people checking in then so should have had more staff working desk but thats the only negative and staff were still friendly.
